Water pressure in the shower leaves much to be desired!!! Minor amenities like snacks and drinks should be included for the high room rates!!! A consistently functional kettle would improve guest experience immensely!!!

The breakfast buffet featured freshly made items, including croissants and a variety of organic juices that made our mornings special. I particularly appreciated the proactive service from the team, especially from the attentive Bekham at Momo Kitchen. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be to enhance the connectivity of the Wi-Fi, which was inconsistent during my visit.

Check-in was challenging due to unwelcoming front desk staff and room cleanliness issues. After three relocations from poorly maintained rooms with lingering smoke smells, I finally settled in. The dining experience was pleasant, particularly the cakes at breakfast which were delightful. The facilities, especially the pool and fitness center, were top-notch and well-kept, providing a nice way to unwind after a long day.

The room was decent with a nice pool view, but not perfect. I noticed the door didn't close all the way, which made me a bit uneasy about security. Some amenities were missing, like enough bath towels and the shower gel wasn't refilled. The TV signal dropped after the first day, which was a bummer. On the plus side, the room was spacious and the view was nice. Had a pretty good stay overall, but it could use some improvements.
